    Hey Guys,

Thought I would drop you a hint and I apoligize if you already knew this.

However I see alot of people promote Clickbank products and will not move away from Google Adwords!

Don't get me wrong Google Adwords is awesome and I use it with great success, but the fact is in some niches it is swamped!

You need a very special page to convert when using Adwords with Clickbank products in most instances.

Well don't foget about MSN Adcenter or any of the others!

I just say MSN because I have been using them with Clickbank products and have been having alot more success direct linking!

I thought direct linking was dead guess I will think again!

Hope this helps some of you!

    All the best

    Chris

The traffic from PPC on other platforms apart from Adwords is 999x times lower, and that really annoys me.

So you find some great keywords, which are being searched regularly in Google, but if you check MSN or Yahoo, it's almost dead there.

    Really?

I've used MSN adCenter in the past but found that I wasn't getting a lot of clicks even when biddng at $1/click.

I might give it another go now that you mention it, thanks.

Choose high traffic kw on MSN that you thing will be overcompetitive or too expensive on adwords. So what I do is use long-tail low cpc on adwords vs general high cpc on MSN. This way I distribute them and have had good success.

That's exactly what I mean. The traffic is not just 2 or 3 times worse there, compared to Google. It's even worse than that.

Just do a simple search on any keyword and compare the results for the big G and other search engines.

Now that MSN has introduced Bing, their share of the search market has been increasing. Could be worth a go.

Why are people bidding $1 per click? My max bids are .10 cents! The search network is fine, but the content network is so much better. That's why I like google adwords. I don't know if yahoo or MSN have a content network, but almost every single site out there uses google adsense to monetize their blogs. That's where you get lots of clicks and high conversion rates.

MSN is cpmlicated. I have had keywords that get no traffic, then if you contact their support and spend 5 minutes on the phone they give you some pointers to get the traffic going. There are a few in's and outs that you need to know.

Yep, I agree with the posts here about the traffic, that is the downside there is alot less than Google.

However I have found that if you just churn out the Clickbank products direct linking you get sales.

It is just another avenue to explore.

Also you don't need to optimize your campaign with ad groups etc... to get the ball rolling.

So true about the campaigns :D While Adwords cares about every single bit of your landing page and the campaign, Yahoo and MSN don't care at all, lol

I've used adcenter a few times to test the market before. Not a lot of traffic but enough to see if theres a market.
