    Google has Malicious software with 5 scripting exploits.. and the last time sus
    suspicious content was found on this site was on 2009-05-30!!!

    Only "Google" has infected other sites.. according to it..I searched for yahoo.com and other sites did n't have any malicious content...

    The Google main page doesn't pass validation either. At least it used not to. Haven't checked recently.

    edit: A quick check shows that it still fails.

    No, if you are downloading it from the official site then it is virus free. Windows just does that will all sites that attempt to download files as it can be dangerous. Always keep an up to date virus scanner on when you are browsing the internet just to be sure.

    Google doesn't run Windows. They're a FreeBSD shop I believe. You may want to review the thread as the poster noted that the error is coming from Google's website and not locally.
