How to find if my server is Dedicated or VPS ?

    I've just purchased Windows 2003 Dedicated server from someone. And I'm not quite sure if he sold me dedicated server or a VPS. How can I find that out through remote desktop connection ?

    With that much hard drive space it'll be a dedicated server.

    Surely a dedicated machine. But I am curious to know how to got the confusion between VPS/Dedicated as the should have been cleared indicated by your host at time of buying

    you can't. Find a provider that can be trusted. And yes, there are hosting companies that scam with such things.
