I ordered 1,000 emails on the 15th, the campaign started almost immediately. The way this works is you create an email that will go out to the users, directing them to your site and asking them to read something. Then they have to answer a multiple-choice question, and they get paid something if they get it correct. This also serves as proof to the buyer that they actually visited the site and did what you asked. I saw a little blip in my stats, but it's hard to track b/c users are opening most of the email in their webmail browsers. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure that's where the traffic came from. The vendor has a admin panel where you can track how many email were sent out and how many answered the question correctly. Vendor told me that most would respond in 24 hours, so I waited 48 hours. I was disappointed to see that only about 13% had answered my question correctly, especially since all it took was to look at a (funny) picture on my blog. It would be cool if the vendor could supply additional details such as how many people got the wrong answers, what they answered, when they answered, etc. At first I assumed that only 131 of the 1,000 people actually bothered to visit, but there appear to have been more visits than that, so all I can conclude is people are getting the answers wrong. I'm not sure how, but that must be it. Anyway, neat method, good communication, quick service. Great way to get traffic to a very particular part of your site from actual users.
