As i read in this forum too there is a close relationship between domain names and trademarks. I suppose this opinion is based on US laws that clearly define that fact, laws or court decisions that are not know to me.
That is why, if someone is kind enough or familiar with this subjects about US policy, plz let me know where exactly should i search to get official knowledge.
Secondly, i would like to inform that there are several other countries where domain names are not similar to trademarks.
What happens there, where those two meanings: Domain name - Trademark, are separated by law?
The local law protects someone if for example legitimately use domain name: amazon.tld - ebay.tld but which could be the reaction of companies or persons living and acting on an other country?
That is my second subject, on which if anyone have some knowledge, i would appreciate to read.

    Thank you!!!

    once i sold jeeperscreepers3.com!
i think there are not much trademark disputes if the trademark holder doesnt really care 2 much about domains containing their trademark
