Can I add this US Bank account, get verify and use paypal? and use fake address on US. 2. Do paypal lock or limit my paypal account if I make payment from country which not support by paypal? 1. I would not suggest using a fake address! If you're caught, they could freeze you.. 2. Not sure.. but I heard that if your paypal is logged in from another country (not supported by PP) they could lock your account cause it seems fishy...
Ask paypal! If someone here says it is okay, and you do it, but paypal screws you, it will be your problem for never asking paypal first. Now, go to paypal and ask them if you can do this.
You don't have to live in US or any of the supported countries to use PP. You only need to have a US bank account to withdraw money from your account to your bank or CC. I live in Turkey and have a verified PP account. I can send and receive money to/from any accounts but can't send the money to my bank or Credit card.
If you have a legal US bank a/c ....then obviously it means you were in US previously...and if you were in US ...it means u had an address......... If u really want to open up an A/c Don't use a fake address, maybe use that address which was used to open the bank a/c. But you have to make sure that you have access on that address. Paypal will send stuffs like - Pin number, access code there. So u'll need those in order to verify your paypal.
And one day you wake up with frozen account! It can work for some time but it's not a good solution for longer period. What if you have some subscriptions opened and they freeze your account? If you live in country not supported by PayPal you can always try to use other payment method, eg. 2CheckOut.
This would work for a long time if you had a computer in usa you could connect from otherwise i would forget it paypal has a good proxy detection
you can do all that, but at any moment paypal may put your account on hold and ask you to provide copy of your passport and utility bill
No I've contacted PP with telephone many times. I wrote my address and contact information on my account and they are all real. Why do you think you have to live in US to use paypal?
I don't live in US and have full access to Paypal Anyhow, your best bet is to just ask Paypal. You'll get an answer if you get through their template driven, non-english speaking, retarded support team.
You don't need to be in the US to use Paypal but you need to be living in a country which Paypal supports to do so. I believe the last count, that includes 55 countries. The important thing is to provide real information and not to falsify them or try to go around the rules for it.
