offshoreguy is actually very friendly and has rates that are comparable to other hosts. not hijacking. just vouching for him. Anyways. the price plan you have set for your Disk space alone is much too less unless... like others said.. You want oversold hosting. i would google some reviews and make an informed decision from that,hope it helps
