Dont fall for his gimmicks. I have a few domains with him and when u submit ticket to change DNS, nothing happens. Tickets dont reply. For those who has purchased, good luck. Try asking him to push it to you. He won't. Admin should ban him.
i belive you have to contact support for such services and from what i know now dns are made instant by any customer from customer zone.
come on dont fool us with your pathetic third party help desk. the lady there initially says we are from Support Technical. When asked about the issues, she says we are not technical. Whatta . . Your business will be going down the drain when you start scamming people.
i even not see the point to answer to your question maybe you got a sales and you do know what is support and what is sales , try again with help desk not support "WE DO NOT OFFER SUPPORT VIA LIVECHAT" live chat is only for informations sales/support the people from livechat they do not have access to your account.
i request this thread to be closed because this is an old offer and you are none of these customers who got a free domain .
But i am not happy at all -- 70% of my domains not working out of 100 domains since last 4 days... and my support tickets is not answered as well for monthss -- i know you know, you just look goood here at public but i have had a terrible experience with you. before my 3-4 domains was lost and u never recovered and now around 70 domains not working since last 4-5 days and absolutely no reply from you at all..... so tell me what should i consider it? SCAM or what?
