    I have designed a Rain and Weather Calendar for Farmers, Students, Schools and Weather Watchers, please feel free to review.

    It's a decent site, nothing very special though but I like it.

    If I cared about the weather I would probably use it ;)

    You could try integrating more sources and creating an aggregate.

    The idea of the site is good. The site needs more color and graphics. A visitor will be bored once they see the opening page. Keep trying to make your site the best it can be.
