You can only receive money from big companies. I forgot the exact name for such companies though.

How easy is it to get payoneer account ?

Can we use that payoneer account to authorise and verify paypal account ?

 

You can't upload funds from virtual account to paypal. I guess you won't be able to verify paypal account.

 

I would be careful as all these "virtual" US banking solutions are usually short lived and as I understand it a violation of the TOS for Paypal since it is not a real account. I also understand PayPal also monitors sites like DP to find out what people are using to get around their rules, my guess is it will work with PayPal for no more than 3-6 months before they start limiting PP accounts of people using this virtual account. Remember VMI, Virtual Money, people lost 100's of thousands when they went under.

The only real long term solution is a real US personal bank account that is remotely opened or receiving a check to your home or office or withdrawing to a debit card where it is allowed by PP. Break the rules and you risk having your account limited.

 

I have a payoneer card.. but i didn't try the virtual US bank account.. I think i will give it a try sometime soon

What use is an account you can't send money from?

 

You can use all funds via payoneer master card

 

I don't think this card works any more.

i have many funds in payoneer card but when i tried to open usa virtual bank with them but nut they are no accepting my applications

 

They need 5-10 load attempts from the partners. But when partner request to close the account, they close US bank account too. It was happened for me

Yes, this is happened for lot of paypal users since this is a virtual thing. But we can't say it as useless.
There are many purpose from this one. Any I also not a virtual account holder at this stage.
