Remote mysql and members area problem has been solved.

BUT as we noticed we do not allow any rapidleech activity on our regular hosting plans! We have the right solution for RL users -> as we called "Rapidleech" hosting plan.
And you said "experiencng several database errors on the front end" / "filesystem problem" of course you experience similar things because you are not on our Rapidleech server ... so you slow down yourself becuase we separate every hosting user so if you experiencing SQL fails thats because of you.

We support all of our clients and we care about them - if we would be a dirty hosting company we'd terminated your account because of violate our TOS - but we don't take any similar step.

Okay, now I am pissed.

My account is currently "suspended".

Why are you treating my account and business like it means nothing to you?

My site is suspended and your "support" once again is no where to be found.

I was working out the rapidleech issue, in fact I sent a nice email asking for options, then you suspend my account......

And apparently no one is around to "unsuspend" I guess you can do it when you "feel" like it.

I added the rapidleech option and PAID for it.

Do not penalize me with this "tos" stuff, your advertising was misleading and I could not log in to upgrade the account due to a license error on your end!

Now I pay the price with downtime!

What exactly am I paying for here?

My sites need to be up NOW. I have not yet left an itrader rating and I am losing my patience with you.

 

You suspend my sites, at the very same time your support is NO WHERE to be found.

It's been 30 minutes and more money lost, and I already paid you $26.50 this month.

 

My site is back up. Thank you for your urgency.

Yes, your website has been unsupended right after (~5 mins) we received your payment for RapidLeech support. As we said if you paid your invoice within a day after the warning it couldn't happen.

if i buy Expert plans , can i use rapidleech and for 10-15 people max download hosting? ofcurse all files fast delete ?

No you can't because if you wanna use Rapidleech you have to choose our "Rapidleech" plan or if you buy our Expert package you have to order a RL Support addon (+$16).
Note: Currently we are offering RapidLeech only for personal usage.

all file have changed name, password on file and md5 sum changed.

Dear Webspaceme members,

We have a "little" problem with our servers (5) so we called Ecatel to solve our problem and now they are working on it.
In the future we will make a fully cluster config so we won't have downtime anymore.
At the same time we ordered 6 new servers to prevent frontend and sql issues.
All our clients will get +15 days credit.
