    I downloaded theme from wordpressthemesbase.com. How I can install it ? I must download wordpress from wordpress.org and put theme there ?

    Yes. you need wordpress core on your server. You can download and install it manually or install it from cPanel. It won't take much time.

    If you do manual install, download wordpress from wordpress.org and upload it to your server. you need to create database for it. follow the instructions provided.

    Yes u have to install wordpress and then extract the theme and put it in wp-content/themes/ folder

    True, but If I downlaod and install wordpress from wordpress.org, how I can install my theme ?

    You place your theme in the directory wp-content/themes and you activate it from your administration or you dowload it directly from the administration.
