Based on our experience with sunshellhosting, they are providing good uptime and support. Ofcourse,we had some misunderstanding with them in past. Their strict enforcement on TOS is the problem. Apart from sunshellhosting, we are using india.to,lacehost,deccanhosting for some of our sites and never experienced such issues (related to TOS).
