Is it me or the whole neocpanel staff do not understand English? He only has -1 itrader thanks to you guys and for expressing his FREEDOM OF SPEECH over the internet. As I said before, if you wish to run a professional web hosting company, TRAIN YOUR STAFF before putting them in action an having them make a fool out of your hosting company. The use of the word 'lol' simply implies you are a simple 14 year old managing a hosting company. Especially through the way you reply which seems really rushed and careless. As I stated before, the customer is always right. I don't get how you think NEOCPANEL is at the correct side if your calling your clients "stupid", "gay". Also your terms of service is not official. As I stated in a previous thread before, your thread did not state it will be subjected to changes. I have seen the cache version of your website between 2 days, and it seems that you have changed the so-call "TYPO" of 25% to 15%. As well as adding the additional bit stating you have to pay $15. This is even official! Cause during the ticket support, I was told that I only had to pay $10 and the support operator informed me that I couldn't use above 10% server resources. So please make your facts straight instead of causing so much confusions. I was told to monitor my client's resource usage mainly through seeing the amount of bandwidth and quota they use. I will not be a hosting dealer that "SUSPECTS" or "GUESS" my clients server usage and then suspending them. In addition to this, there is no solid fact that the accounts suspended by neocpanel actually surpassed the stated resource usage. If you wish to see solid evidence such as screenshots I will be happy to do so. But if you wish to stop this discussion I suggest you act maturely. For those new to neocpanel, they offer plans with so-call "HIDDEN TERMS" to ensure they only provide your hosting for a shorter term and get away with your money or MORE money. Also, what kind of hosting would tell their own clients through ticket support (well they did to me) to back them up by posting positive remarks. Your staff (or yourself) are truly incompetant, and I suggest you take proper action to improve such services or THERE WILL BE legal confrontations. GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY. I rest my case.

Guys! I have check all the logs / email etc and i can promise you that no foul language has been used between the conversation from our Staff and Flex. The only 1 who was using abusive language was Flex because his webhosting account got suspended for Server Abuse. Also i will tell you the trust, i did the TOS for my boss and unfortunately i have copy and paste the line where it show that the overload limit is 25% , but it was a typo mistake! We can't accept 25% of system resources on our 8 Core Server else everybody will abuse. The Question is ! how Flex did the Screenshot of the email ??? The answer is: He has use an Anonymous Mail Sender, and he has use neocpanel email address as Sender So you guys think that the mail was send by us!! Our main priority on neocpanel is to serve our clients and to respect them! So as you can see Flex has been banned from DP now for 1) Fight, using bad language on DP 2) For using fake screenshot 3) For Multiple same posts! 4) For giving my Boss multiple Itrader I hope you guys should know now who was the bad guy now! Dynamic data can be faked/changed just like you change your TOS. Now for NeoHost.. How long do you plan to use nulled WHMCS.. A company like this.. ussually a scammer.. I dont mean you are.. but you dont even have a license for you billing script how can your client trust you for your service.. http://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php You can still check your domain there. Do something before you are getting fined by WHMCS and closed down.. (they are in hunting mode right now)
