Whats the "one" best way to build quality backlinks?

I kknow everyone asks this question and the answers are simple, press releases, link directory submissions, blog commenting, forum posting, etc...

But, what is the one best way of building quality backlinks?

 

I would have to say link Bait, if you have useful content (link bait) then others will naturally link to you

With that said, I know it can be very difficult to set up an affiliate landing page that will lure others to link to you that's why I rely on the link building service from LinkVana

 

If you own high quality backlinks you can exchange links with other websites. Otherwise you must buy high quality backlinks. That's great one way links which increase your ranking.

Stay away from spam filled sites and directories. That is maybe one of the most important things that you can do. If you see a directory that says "every submission approved" - stay away from it. Because if "every" submission is approved, that also means that links to spam sites are also approved.

You want your links associated with sites that filter their links. That is the #1 thing that you can do.

 

well link building by definition is artificial, so link bait probably isn't an answer. personally i find the best way of improving SERPS is with article marketing.

 

I'm going to agree with matt5409 on this one... article marketing gets you good backlinks as well as targeted traffic.

Matt, I think you hit it on the button! I definitely agree with you and that's the only way I get quality backlinks..

There are a million so called people or website's that provide a SEO Service for other websites... Just be careful in choosing one if you go this route to get your own site backlinks, because some very well use spam...

I would say none of those methods, but then I am biased, and I have seen the results for myself.

 

I tried to design and share free skins, templates, scripts with a footer link. If the product is good, people leave in the backlink, very few people really steal (maybe 20%) and the others actually pay up for footer removal so you end up getting some extra pocket money too

It's really hard to categorize which among the different linkbuilding methods make the "best" backlinks. Forum posting would be a good method to boost the quantity of backlinks, but in terms of quality, it's not good at all. Making good content is a good way to build natural one way-links. If your people find your site interesting, they will link your site naturally. That's the best quality links you can build for your site!

I always did blog comment from high pr sites. It's a sure one-way backlinks if you also provide s respectful comment.

 

Links in profiles in web 2.0 propierties are also good and easy. The only problem is find the properties that allow links and don't put NoFollow on them

 

Forum is the best ways and easy to do build.. Also its increasing the SEO knowledge....
