Hi All, Here are the links to the screenshots for the index and inner pages, please let me know who can build the site to match from here? http://landplanner.co.uk/images/ecoindex.jpg http://landplanner.co.uk/images/innerpage.jpg ** As requested earlier please dont mention the site name in this string as I dont want it indexed. Thanks, Jim.
I think a prize money of $300 for design and coding is good enough. I may design+code, but the question is, why should I, when your itrader is 0?
The design part is done, the links the CH posted are the design. @CH: This is a contest, so what are we competing on? Are we supposed to post our best price for the project?
What are we competing on? I never thought this was going to be such a problem all I want is a wordpress site/cms that doesnt look like a blog with lots of green content and videos that can then be quickly turned into an shopping site for green products and services. What I now want is (the site built) using the templates I have already bought and paid for and if along the way the designer/coder thinks they can make changes that make it look better then great. Jim.
That simple enough to answer, everyone has got to start somewhere and this is the first of a few projects I have if I can find the right people here. Its up to you if you want to get invclved or not.

Hi I think I have got the jist of this from reading your responses. Am I correct in thinking that you already have the design in PSD format and now want someone to code it into HTML/CSS and put into wordpress? If so, the contest section isn't really the best place for this. The contests sections are usually for PSD designs and if the winner can do coding then they'd do that as well. As you already have the design, you may want to try the services section. If I'm completely wrong then ignore what I've just written
OK I'll try to make this crystal. I wanted to start a contest for someone the design and code the site, then I had an offer from someone on here who quoted to do the design, then supposedly it would be easy for someone else to (code/build the site). Where I am right now is I have these two templates and I want someone to now build me the best wordpress site ever and if that means make changes to the templates then so be it. So the question is: Should it be here or in the services section because I dont know, I'm losing the will to live here!!
Its clear that I have confused things unintentionally as the contest was for everything however I've paid for the design side of things and now the site has to be built. I've taken some advice from the mighty mog and accordingly the site build/coding side of things I guess should be worth around half of this, however I would 'still pay more' to have someone I can rely on, who knows what to do and how to further develop the site. It maybe emsdesign is right and this should move to the services section...
Yeah. This needs to be in the services section. But then, you could search for reputed coders in the thread and just contact them personally rather than starting a new thread and doing it all over again.
I asked because I couldn't imagine how a contest would work for a purely coding/development job, I mean it's not like we could all code it and submit it for your perusal. Anyway, it looks an interesting project, if you don't find someone suitable you can PM me if you like, I'd be happy to work on it.
Why is Soda Stream good for the environment? Trend for the past few years and upcoming years: green. Yep, it’s all around you, and every day leading a green lifestyle seems to be easier. My latest discovery: drinking green! My new soda stream machine allows me to finally let the environment rest from my plastic bottle pollution. Great invention, tastes great, and it’s greeeen! Why is Soda Stream fun? So it’s a Friday night and as usual, the entire gang shows up unexpected between their usual 10:30 PM -11:00 PM window. And well, let’s face it, no one feels like rushing over to the convenient store and at this hour. So, as I was doing my weekly shopping last week, I came across a funky product called soda stream. This device turns ordinary water into flavored soda (yep, there’s a Coke flavor too) in seconds. For all of you hosts of unexpected, expected guests, I highly recommend this! Why is Soda Stream so easy to use? My adorable 12-year old decided to invite a few friends over for a fun afternoon by the pool, a few times a week throughout the whole summer. I decided to spring for a soda stream and stuck it outside, next to the pool deck. My son, Dylan says the kids loved making own flavored soda (sometimes even mixed up a few flavors and created their own summer flavor, named it Froogie! Maybe I’ll send the makers a sample..).
