Seems there's no real contents in your blog.
    You have just video clips.

I'm not sure if this is ok or not. But I think it's too risky.
Try to add more contents (texts) in your posts.

If you get traffic from SE, no problem. Inform google adsense for that.

no there is no max on CTR. The higher the better for you. If you follow all rules and are abiding by all Terms and Conditions and not doing anything silly, then a 100% CTR should not be a problem. I have not heard of anybody talking about higher CTR getting banned, when they followed terms and conditions...... My 2 cents.

No doubt an unusually high CTR will raise flags at Google HQ. But there is no MAX CTR. You should only be worried if you're doing something wrong.

People don't get banned for having high CTR. People get banned for the methods they use to get that high CTR.

One of my sites has around 40% CTR, but the traffic is really low. It doesn't really matter honestly, as long as you are not causing invalid clicks.

If you follow the rules you will be fine. Google is not going to ban you from adsense. However if you are doing something against there tos since you CTR is so high they will keep an eye on you and they will find out and they will bank you. So please look over there TOS one more time and make sure you are in complete terms with it.
