You can increase the limit from Administrative tools -> Terminal Services Configuration

In "Terminal Services Configuration", select option "Connections" -> Then right click on connection name in right panel and go to properties. It will open a new window. Go to "Network Adapter" and change the maximum connections limit.

In case if you have any disconnected sessions and you are getting connect limit error, you can use /console option i.e. type following in Run menu.

    mstsc /v:YOUR_IP /console

Note: If you are using the server for shared hosting it is not advisable to set 10 connections.

As i check the server doesn's have installed the terminal services :(

I will install them but i will need both?

    Terminal service
    Terminal service Licensing

Also about the connections i know a few users that they have servers with 30 rda's without any problems...

It will be a problem with 10?

    Thank you

I think if you install the role of terminal service it will also install Terminal service Licensing. As far I know Terminal service Licensing is used to verify the license of terminal server.

It depends on the purpose of the server. If you are going to use the server as a shared web server and going to host several hundreds of web sites then I don't recommend to set more terminal connections.
