How can I determinate the value of a website?

    I want to know how can I determinate the value of a website ? I we take this sites for example: http://www.persoiphone.com/ , how much do you think that it costs?

    You can try dnscoop.com for that though their automatic valuation is based on some known factors such as traffic and etc..

    The valuse can be determined according to the visitors, age of the domain, backlinks of the domain, pr or the pages, unique content and niche... For me persoiphone.com value is $100 or less

    Follow this guy advice. Forget everything except what the website is making now and how much it can make after you take over.

    That is of course mainly linked to how much traffic and visitors the website generates through SE. In general, you can pick up a good deal if you believe the webmaster is not monetizing the traffic properly.

    yes I agree that the value of a website deppends of visitors, pr , and content.

    But, I thinks Visitor and content is more important.

    Check the market of the product or service which website is selling.

    See whether there is any competition for its main keywords.

    If it has a high competition and coming high on a particular keyword, then it can fetch a great price for you.

    I usually calculate by revenue per day * number of day that you want to generate income from this site
