looking for a reliable shared or reseller host

Dear DP guys,
I am looking for a shared / reseller Linux host with 10GB+ space and 50GB BW ( but I need just 10 GB. no need more )

subdomain, pop3, addon, ftp and MySQL- unlimited
free cpanel / WHM
if it is reseller, then need unlimited domains, or 100+domains
( no need branding- am not going to sell it. )

php5 and CGI, Ruby.

Must need a dedicated IP.

and if you will allow a php proxy script for my personal use, then it would be great. just need ur permission for only one domain / subdomain( definitly not for public use, Ill use it with single user login )


Ill offer some free downloads to my clints and blog readers,
those are My own creations, such as wallpapers, WP themes, Joomla Themes, Icons, cos I need it to do marketing for my new design firm.

Am not going to do
- wearze/ download / streaming / gaming sites
- public proxy / torrent
- no links to any pirated things
- not gonna save those kind of files in my server.
etc etc --



currently I am using a reseller host, but its too slow,
so I planed to shift. so the speed is important. and 99% uptime.

please mention where your server located?

without that thats a best hosting choice
