You need to spell check or if English is not your native language, have somebody proofread for you. There are numerous spelling/grammatical errors.

A darker colored Topic Header background would add some contrast to the page. As it is now I could barely see that light green/blue color. Which I think would help with my next thought:

The content and menu system on the right aren't clearly separated. It's hard to pull off a right-aligned menu like that. But with section background colors or at least section header backgrounds that contrast, it would help a lot.

Lastly, there is a huge gap halfway down the page. I don't know if some images are supposed to be there or what, but it looks very strange.
