Okay, i've just received my PSD file for my new site's design. I must say that Platypus's fee of $75 was worth every single dollar. You can personally add him on msn. Once you have made payment, you just have to give him a basic idea of how you want your page to be like. Then he will send you updates as he develops it and you can tell him how you want it to look exactly. Once you are happy with it, he'll send you the psd for you to convert it to whatever format you want. In short, if you want the job to be done quick but with quality, you should definitely go with Platypus. I'll definitely seek him if i need any other templates in the future.
