    Well, I have to put my 50 cent here , you can use your template without copyright links, but you MUST add wordpress CMS link that links to wodpress.org website, otherwise you tell me that you bought wordpress, in that case you can remove their copyright link. I see here big wordpress TOS violence. It's really sad that after 2 year of software development someone comes with his blog and don't links back to CMS. Really sad and unaccepatble for me...

    , and they have no where said that, one must give a link back to wordpress.org, though they have said that they will appreciate if someone links back, there is a vast difference in those two statements, if you know anything about software licensing you would know that.

    And please this is a sales threat, not wordpress tos thread. So dont trash here, you better go create a new thread and discuss it there.

    It is called a GPL license. At WordCamp in SF Matt said you could sell WordPress if you wanted!

    Now if you use a premium theme that is governed under a different license then you may have to attribute. An example would be using Thesis but not getting the developer's version.

    This is crazy as it has been discussed throughout the thread, that paypal is not an option here, even than people don't even bother to read the thread.

    @udskiii Yeah the content is unique! Though I a m not a writer, I read someone else`s post and than rewrite them in my own words.So they are not duplicate for sure.
