Need some scripting help (+ rep for helpful posts!)

Hi guys,

Basically, I am wanting something like this:

When someone visits a page on my website, I want the content to be obscured until someone completes/fills out a survey.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

there is a script out there..its cost is around $60 something..dont remeber the exact name..its something like blackhatcoder or what..please google it.
