Well I am ranked well for many terms in google which brings in over a hundred unique hits dailiy and well ranked in bing for certain keyterms which brings in 20 or so uniques a day, but I get nothing from Yahoo. Does anyone know a big diffrence in what yahoo views as important compared to the others?
From what I've seen from all of my sites, they want lots of links. Consistent amount of links every single week to stay on top. Affiliate programs combined with articlemarketer.com/isnare.com might be an excellent option for you. Since 2004 I've gotten better results in Google and MSN than in Yahoo search. You might want to consider optimizing long term for Google and than worrying about Yahoo. But if you want quick results, you might want to consider trying updating blog/getting more links weekly.
Just focus on Google, yahoo is on the decline. If you want to rank high on yahoo, get alot of links back.
So Yahoo really want a lot of Links? Consistency would be a lot more effort to do. So we really have to make sure we do the work consistently.
Yahoo & Google are having different algorithm for Searching methodology. Increasing quality back links will help you to get high pr on yahoo. Try this out. Good luck.
