I am used to drinking a lot of water before sleeping. My friend told me it was not good to do so. I have balck rims around my eyes, which he said were caused by water. What do you think?
As I thought it was not caused by water. But by many factors such as rest condition, health condition...
Ive been taking on a lot of water this week because of a heatwave, ive found in the evening and during the night my legs ache while in bed, apparently from what i read yesterday the water retention of excess water intake causes that. But black rims around your eyes are not from water, thats down to possibly not enough sleep, vitamin deficiency or hereditary, or thin skin (skin transparency) or all of those combined. Also smoking and other things can cause them.
Well, Its good to drink water before going to bed. But not too much. A little bit is good. - Digital -
Not sure about this but i know that it is definately good to drink lots of water in a day. Recommended by my physician. DON.
1 Glass of water before sleeping and after waking up without eating or brush take 3 glass of waters then you can do what ever you want. Will remove the dark circles under your eyes
Too much of anything and everything is bad...water included! As CSS rightly put it, too much of water just before going to bed will disturb you too often and will prevent you from having a sound sleep. Regards, RightMan
I don't think drinking lots of water is harmful anyway. It always help to circulate and maintain the flow of minerals and blood. But if I consume lots of water I rise couple of times for pee (often one or two times at night) @falguni1 - Thanks for the useful idea. I will try it.
Well as far as i know, drinking lot of water in the morning as soon as we get up is really good for health.... But I'm not sure about before bed....
