I mean just in the header area? inside the page their is unique contents written for that page ... just let me me know if this is suitable for the SE's? and if it could be dup contents?? please review it here at Islandrs.com website can I also get a rating??

I wouldnt recommend repeating any text on every page (except for navigation of course). Each word in the title/meta/text should related to the content of the page.

I agree on this ... but I have unique iformation inside the content area related to each page like this one here Islandrs.com/Hawaii/Vacations/Kauai-Vacation-Rentals/Poipu-Beach-Front-Condos/index.html

tell me what you think now?? would I still at the very top of page need to change those words relvevant to that page?? please be firm and show sample of your seo site please

If you duplicate the page titles and page descriptions Google will often only index one of the pages from your site even if the content of the pages is different.

If the content is part of a sequence of pages like a list of Kauai Vacation Rentals then this probably won't be a problem for you since you want to focus on the top page of that category on your site. Get it indexed and up high in the SERPs and it will serve as the landing page for your Kauai offerings.

If each page covers a different location then you want to make sure you get unique titles and descriptions.

Inreferece to ( If you duplicate the page titles and page descriptions Google will often only index one of the pages from your site even if the content of the pages is different.) I totally agree however in the meta it doesnot duplicate anything... I was refering to the header content on the pages themselves example here ..... the header display this on every page ... Islandrs.com Hawaii Vacation Rental Agency: Plan Your Vacation The Smart Way Without Spending A Fortune! Offering The Hottest Island Travel Ideas, Overnight Stays, B&B, Rental Specials, Kauai, Hi Activities, Fun, Golf, Luau Shows, Weddings: Best Prices Guarenteed On All Accomadations Book Now & Save!

But inside the meta tags in code it references the page not the headr contents sorry if this confuses you at all... basically go to this pag islandrs.com then open the code view of that page.... it reders to the main contents of each page not the header title on site ..... hope I cleared it up .... lol here a url just made from old school seo style ... look here an then say whay you think lol islandrs.com/Hawaii/Vacations/Kauai-Vacation-Rentals/Poipu-Beach-Front-Condos/index.html

My suggestion would be don't have the same titles and descriptions for different pages.Make it unique for each pages w.r.t. the content of that page.

    I agree 100% anuja....
but my question was in another order every web page on that site has unique titles and descriptions ... I mean every page is titled different ... just that the same header has the same titles in the site .. not in the codes... what about that for SEO

you can duplicate title of your pages but there is no advantage of doing it, i suggest to create a page title using your main keyword in phrases.

You should not have duplicate contents at all for best SEO result. If you can't avoid to show title text, you may change it to Image.

I agree and am convinced by this authority ... at some point seo becomes almost overly a way to dominate.. but their is such a thing as seo overkill.... I will take this advice wisely lol green lights on that

It's ok to have some duplicate content on every page, but if it's a lot of text, create a new page instead to display the content and link to the page.

Even better - once you've created the page use an iframe to display it where ever it's needed.

Google Webmaster site shows duplicate title text as an error. now it may not be an error as such but at least vary some of the text in the title even if it has to be as generic as

<title> My New Site | Main Page </title>
<title> My New Site | About Us </title>
<title> My New Site | Contact Details </title>

Fresh content and headings is a critical part of your on page SEO strategy. If you are writing good fresh regular content then the SERPs will come. But DO change your title as it is the first port of call of Google and other search engines.

    All the best

I agree with this part aswell ... thats why at the top of my page I cut out the words ... this should bring the G bot into the main content ares looking for H1 , H2 tags ...
