Well, i have read some where that even in united states, Only in few states these gay marriages and homosexuality is legal.

But, India is trying to outsmart united states in this regard, making homosexuality legal all over the country....:(

This isn't a right step, and I am totally disagree.. homosexuality is unnatural and should never be legalized.
I just can't understand why we Indians keep following others blindly.

What the judge will do if he finds that her daughter is a lesbian, or his son is a gay !!! Will he support her in keeping up her relationship ?

    ^^.. How about this perspective!

Had you been a gay/lesbian, would you be willing to be treated in a different manner ????

there is nothing unnatural about homosexuality.

it is just rare and so people find it difficult to accept.

Unnatural things are always treated unnaturally...
I am not against them, but I don't advocate them too..
I believe that homosexuals have to be treated with respect, but homosexuality can’t be equated with heterosexuality. The nature of sex should be complementary to life, which is God’s design.

    Don't care about other countries..
It would not be accepted in India.. and there would be a strong objection.

It's unnatural, Have you ever heard about any homosexual camel?
In all the existing races in nature.. only humans have homosexuality.

‘‘Do the people behind this verdict consider homosexuality natural? Is it something they will themselves do? If our parents had been gays, would we have been born? Freedom doesn’t mean licence. Our family system is the only ideal we can show to the world. Sadly, this judgment will end up corrupting it. I will be part of every protest against the judgment.’’

    no.

that is the reason why homosexuality is rare.

homosexuals are less inclined to be with the opposite sex.

this doesn't prove that homosexuality is unnatural.

homosexuals are homosexuals bcoz they feel it from inside....it is their natural instinct.

There is still a log way to go before the act can be completely legalized. But a good beginning has been made that will pave the way for individual freedom.
