I installed this version today. I also had the same results. It was much faster than my old firefox. After upgrading to firefox 3 I too had a problem of too much RAM usage by this browser but the new version seems to use much less memory. SO far I love this new mozilla firefox and this is a must to upgrade for everyone.

I think the problem is from FF for sure.

I tried to open Google, Yahoo Answers, Sitepoint .... got the error several times. When I refreshed, the page loaded fine.

My younger sister got the same error when she upgraded FF from 3.0.11 to 3.5. She then downgraded to FF 3.0.11 and everything was fine.

Though they promised better speed and the like there is no visible difference. I am waiting for jetpack. Some add-ons that I had are not working. They have to update it. Till then I have to bear the inconvenience.

    Hello.

I don't know, why it is happening to you, I think, you should report to Mozilla, or Check your OS & connection

By the way, In the last 2-3day, I Googled about 300-400 times & never faced this problem, My PC is 24hrs ON :D & no complaints.

I was using the Firefox 3.5 RC release. Had to remove and install the newest non RC version.

Firefox stays my primary browser and is much better than Google Chrome.

To repeat what was already said: this is NOT a browser error. The error is returned by the server, not the browser.
