    Hey everyone ,

I have this issue, I bought a custom built pc from someone a while back and never used it that much,

I have a lcd monitor , but it seems this pc is set to crt settings,

I asked a few friends (local) and they all said something about changing bios settings for lcd monitor,

I use a switch between 2 pcs and one monitor , now my Hp machine is fine , but on the custom one the color is way off,

I tryed downloading driver but no luck,,

How can I fix this problem?

    Thanx in advance .

    Joe

    ctr setting???

adjust the screen refresh rate to 60 hertz, this should give you the best quality. some lcds just cant handle other refresh rates than 60Hz right.

try it without the switch. if this dosnt helps, try another lcd.

it's not about the monitor, its about the switch. its not a good idea to "switch" high frequencys like in a monitor cable. have you tried to connect lcd and computer without the switch and got a better picture?
