    Only partially true. Memorial sites are good. Look at Elvis Presley. He's been dead for how long? He still get's thousands of searches a day. And Michael is still within this generation unlike Elvis so expect decent traffic for years to come.

    If you guys who have no idea what you're talking about it may be best to stay out of this thread unless you're going to buy the site. Trashing this thread with crazy theories makes it impossible to sell a site with good potential.

    The site is young and is making decent adsense money. Are the screenshots Fake? I doubt it. I don't find it hard to believe that he's making $30-$50 daily with adsense.

    I'm the happy buyer :)

    The seller transfered the domain within minutes after I paid. He also included a paid webhosting account, and helped me to get it all setup. This is the first time I bought a running site and the seller made it into a real pleasure.

    He even offered to be available if I need any help to get traffic, content, etc, etc ... Great deal for me, and I hope it was a great deal for the seller also!!! THANK's!!
