This is also what I believe in. Sometimes a network can make huge revenue for a website while not doing so to a different one. It is all depends on your traffic volume and where this traffic comes from. It is up to the webmaster to check different networks until he find out what works better to his website, without posting declarations that X network is poor and lousy. What won't work for you can work to others and you might just harm a decent network. Of course is you ran into scammers that don't pay this is something else.
Smowtion is good too, but I have an account with most of the networks mentioned. Which network to use much depends on the site type, and I think you should try them for yourself to find what best works for you.
