    Hi all,

Those who use both PPD and clickbank, pls tell me u'r views on which one is better and why ? Payperdot pays via paypal, which is convinient for all of us - so why does everyone still promote clickbank products ? Lemme know your views pls. Thanks.

I like both, but I think most people are drawn to Clickbank because it is usually the first place that they hear about when it comes to finding affiliate products. I think Clickbank just has a bigger selection of products to choose from.

I have a question concerning these promoting systems.

If I'm interested in the product you promoted, I can go to my clickbank account, find this product and purchase it under my referral link. You'll get nothing, I'll get profit.

    Is it possible?

Clickbank - you get paid by Clickbank, loads more products that convert
Paydotcom - very few products, you have to trust the Vendor to pay you

Clickbank has good products to promote...... is not clickbank or ppd that counts, its the products that you find at your disposition to promote them.

Clickbank - Huge network of products & affiliates. Many communities where you can talk about marketing & recruit affiliates, automated payments and other bonuses make it a great choice for marketing.

PayDotCom - Doesn't really have the same tools & resources as Clickbank. Lacks the community side of things as I've yet to find a forum dedicated to PDC or that has PDC sections. They do however have their own forum, which last time I checked was filled with spam bots and using a default PHPBB that seems to of just been thrown up there with no customizing at all.

That kinda goes to say a bit about what you're getting with PDC, not entirely professional. I believe the owner tries to market his products on you, and several other things. However, it does allow P2P products.

Another down side of PDC is the fact that vendors pay affiliates. I actually have my product on PDC so this is a totally unbiased opinion as I use it more than CB. Vendors paying affiliates takes away the financial guarentee that you're going to get your money, I believe the program should definitely handle the sales and paying as that's what should fall under their cattegory.

    In total:

CB - The best for digital products.

PDC - The best for P2P products that i've found.

    I hope I helped,

    James.
