What is the best affiliate program paying for free leads?

    I am looking for the best affiliate program that pays for referring free signups to their site, other than the dating sites.

    Many netwroks have lead campaigns. But, the leads will have to be for real. E-mail confirmations, real phone # etc.

    The best you can choose is CPA Gateway Tool Programs. It can earn you upto 5$ per lead but only when a visitor completes a survey on gateway. Anyway this is the most paying Pay per lead program. Just calculate your earnings after one week and compare. Ywith others. Surely you will see the difference. The only thing is that you must have some interesting stuffs in your site.

    For Maxbounty, unfortunately I was not approved.

    Also, I want an international site. I use shareasale but need more options and if possible individual programs to join

    There is a Trick. First you must give some free stuffs without doing surveys.
    So that you will be more trusted by them. Then no one will run away from your site. Visit my site for an example :)
