    Hi Everybody,

I wanted to share with you a product I just recently revamped for 2009.

    Overview:

The product is called Cashing In On Christmas and it is a complete business training system for starting a Christmas Light Installation Business or Add On Service.

This is a virtually untapped niche market and aside from two franchise companies and 3 licensee companies there is no competition. Also Cashing In On Christmas is the ONLY product in this niche that uses proven internet marketing methods and strategies to increase sales. This is the only product of its kind on Clickbank or any other affiliate network.

Cashing In On Christmas is perfect for service business owners who would like to increase their wintertime income, examples include, window cleaners, landscapers, handymen, carpet cleaners, roofers, maintenance companies, etc. This product also appeals to practically anyone who is looking to start a high profit offline business that does not require a significant up front investment.

This niche is not a super high traffic niche and the various search terms may only get a few hundred searches each per month, but they are highly targeted and have practically zero competition. Ranking for standard and long tail keywords is a piece of cake.

Also this product and niche makes sales year round, but starting in July and going through November is when the sales really take off, as this is the time period people begin to think about starting a light installation service.

The salesletter converts very well with targeted traffic and was written by me and critiqued by two of my professional copywriting colleagues.

    Affiliate Info:

    Website: http://CashInOnChristmas.com

    Affiliate Tools: http://cashinonchristmas.com/affiliatetools.htm

    Price: $197.00

    Commission: 50% = $98.50 (minus clickbank fees)

Custom Salespage: I will be happy to create a custom personalized salespage for my affiliates who have made at least 3 sales or who have a large list, forum, membership, etc.

ClickBank Hoplink: http://XXXX.tlsolution.hop.clickbank.net/ (Replace XXXX with your ClickBank ID)

Its a dam good idea but the buy now button comes across as pushy sales men, try "add to cart". Apart from that the copy is great.

Thanks for the compliments. Are you talking about the "order now" image button at the bottom of the page?

Yep, its no joke. I have owned both a window cleaning and christmas light installation business for over 6 years, and year after year my seasonal christmas light business income out performs my year round window cleaning income.

Even the franchise companies report almost identical earnings for their franchisees. This is a high labor, huge profit industry, and the numbers are well documented.

As far as the price, I don't sell cheap products, the information in this course is a detailed roadmap to taking someone from $0 to over $50,000 in income in one season of installing lights, I honestly believe that at $197 it is too cheap and if CB allowed it I would charge more. I sell a physical printed version of the course for $497 and it sells extremely well with no refunds. So the value is there.

If someone wants to make $50k or $100k but is not willing to spend $197 to do it, then that person should not be in business anyway.

Fantastic page and product man! I mean it, it looks like you really put some effort into this. From top to bottom, this looks really well done. One of the best sales letters I've seen in a long time. I'm thinking if I can get this in front of the right eyes, it will convert.

My sister had a local company do lights on her house a couple years ago and it cost $2000. They supply the lights but it only took a few hours to put them all up. It's a huge profit business.

Around here, we have two big landscaping companies who do this in the winter and their prices are outrageous. I would think there is plenty of room to undercut them.

Let me know when you get the rest of the banners done. I would like to try them on some home based business websites on the content network.

    Hey Scotty,

    Thanks for the awesome compliments!

I am working on some more banners as we speak, but I personally don't have much experience with banners so I'm struggling with coming up with some more that are worthwhile. Do you (or anyone else who is reading this) have any preferences or ideas regarding the various banners styles and types?

Where do you sell the printed version at for that much even in this economy?
It sounds nice, I just wonder if people pay that much money online for info products.

I sell it both online and through direct mail offline. when the consumer can see the value they will pay the price whatever it is. look at all the mega launches on the web, mass control, stompernet, traffic secrets, membership revolution, LFM, affiliate mastermind, etc, all of those were between $297 to $1997 and they all sold out. and thats just a few of the high ticket products.

I have found that it takes just as much effort to sell a high priced product as it does to sell a lower priced product, when its presented to the target market.

This is the time to start pushing this course. or at least start building your sites, getting your articles out ect. christmas light installation businesses take advanced planning so getting people aware of that can ensure early sales. Also during this time of the year most service business owners who would be interested in adding a christmas light installation service to their businesses are flush with cash, so they can afford to make the purchase.

You guys are focused on the Clickbank factor...take that out of the equation. the target market for this product are typically not heavy enough internet users to be familiar with clickbank, so there is no stigma associated with it to the buyer. to them it is just another payment processor.

I have yet to have a refund on this product via clickbank or PDC.

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update. Many of you have been PMing me about the additional banners.

They are being redesigned as we speak. I received the new banners last night, but was not happy with them so I sent them back. We should have them shortly though.

Also it seems that a few affiliates have taken the bull by the horns and started working on their promotions... I got an email from an affiliate who just made 2 cashing in on christmas sales from a hub page targeting landscapers that he created a few days ago.

Please feel free to hit me up if you have any questions about promoting this product.

Update - NEW AFFILIATE TOOLS Added

The new banners have been finished and added to the affiliate tools page and so have a new brandable special report and an email capture landing page. This is the same landing page I have been using recently to build my lists - it converts at 38.5% see proof below:

Also if you have a list or are interested in doing a JV, give me a shout and we can work something out.

If you insist on waiting to start your promoting, I would recommend that you start no later than October, as November is prime Christmas light install time.

Levels of interest certainly do ramp up towards the end of the year, but there is still a level interest year round, and like I said above practically zero competition and affiliates are making steady sales...not record breaking but consistent.

Hi, I just replied to your PM with a bunch of info, but as to your questions here. I do not have exact conversion numbers for my affiliates who are using BUM tactics. however, I can tell you the ones that are the most successful are the ones who are linking to the landing page/brandable report that I have provided. The reason is that it often takes multiple points of contact to make a sale and by capturing the prospects email address you now have that opportunity to follow up and convert the sale.

BUM direct linking works very well also, and the fact that with BUM you can quickly target many different niches that would be interested in this product. I.e. service business owners - landscapers, window cleaners, pressure washers, handymen, contractors, maintenance professionals, electricians, etc.

Hey this looks like a great business idea, especially here in Florida where so much of the population is older and living in private communities. The right person could make a killing with very little work since all the homes are single story and there's no snow to worry about.
Seems the only question is... do I buy it for myself or promote it?
