Will we still get paid if our uploads get flagged as illegal content? I have heard many people getting chipped out of their commissions this way. What is legal in some countries, is legal in another; just want clarification. Thanks! NLmedia
Rules for content to upload are quite ordinary - the same as other file-hosting services have: The responsibility for illegal content is borne only by a user. If service receives a reasonable complaint on one of user's files, the file will be removed immediately. In special occasions for a gross violation of the Terms (CP and oth.) a user's account is to be banned, in this case without payment. This is the usual actions of the all file-hosting services. For downloads to be counted you should CORRECTLY place links to your files. Lots of webmasters used to ask us why some of their files' downloads are not counted in Bonus-Program. The main problem was - they placed links to files as text but not as active links. lol 99% forums doesnt allow live links we can only post them in codes. if u dont count those downloads, how are we supposed to benefit from it

I have an account on depositfiles (nearly 2 month), work hard and have already more than 500 unique downloads per day (US and european traffic mostly, files bigger than 10 MB). But in order to apply for an exclusive account I have to register new and abandon the "old" account (although it is only 2 months old and has many files)?
