Looking for registrator to buy .tel domain

    Hi,

    I`m looking for registrator to buy .tel domain.
    I try name.com but
    "The registry for TEL domain names require that they be hosted in a shared hosting environment known as the Community TelHosting (CTH) platform. You can edit or complete the information needed to create your account here."

    Is necessary buy hosting in telhosting to register ,tel domain?

    Where can i register cheap .tel domains?
