Dofollow Forums/blogs for Games?

I have just started working on a gaming blog and a gaming forum. Promoting them looks like a herculean task to me.
Can I have a list of high PR forums/blogs in gaming niche? If they are dofollow, low PR ones will also do. If they are nofollow, I would prefer the ones with high PR. Thanks in advance.

I don't know a list of gaming directories, but this one: vmoptions.com/directory-list.php is a good list of general web directories. It has thousands. Post your link to the right category.

I've had to buy postings on gaming blogs. I didn't see any other option, even for our successful browser-based gaming sites.

Let's see, the first 3 posts in this all say the same thing. Here's an idea - Why don't you all collaborate with each other?

Compare resources with each other, and help yourselves. Hell, you might even have to pay for advertising until you see a marked increase in traffic.

I guess I will have tough time finding game blogs and forums(good ones), till that time, I'll have to get help from other high PR forums allowing dofollow links.

Blogs are helpful only if they support dofollow feature, are very relevant to your niche. Mostly they are nofollow. So it's wise to choose blogs in your niche having a high PR, low PR also does the job as far as its niche one as it will draw traffic to your site.
