    Bought this site a few months ago but haven't got the time to devote to it anymore.

    • PR3 (remained steady through last couple pr updates)
    • Premium wordpress theme (cost me $75)
    • Just reregistered until 27th June 2010
    • 150 backlinks (Google webmaster tools)
    • 289 backlinks (Yahoo Site Explorer)
    • some traffic - around 400 uniques / 1200 visits per month
    • domain registered with mydomain.com (free push) to other mydomain.com account.

    Payment by paypal. BIN $125

    Hi
    The recent posts that are on I added manually after I bought the new wordpress theme. This isn't really my niche and I've only spent minimal time with the site since purchase, so I don't know if there's a way to automate it with the installed theme/plugins.
