A noobish question on Ebay Vouchers

    Hey everyone,

    I have a noobish question here.

    Paypal offers Ebay vouchers with some redeemable value.

    Now, Suppose I buy a voucher worth $50,

    1. Can I use those vouchers on my local ebay as in .in, .au, .ca?

    2. Does that mean I get a $50 value off on the products I purchase. I mean if a product costs $40 and I use the $50 voucher. Would that mean I get the product for free and I am left with a balance of $10?

    or is it like I would get a specific discount on my purchases?
