coz im still making it but is it a good site?

What are the dimensions for the gateway? I am thinking about customizing my gateways today.
ps: any advice on doing this?

The dimensions I like to use are: 526 x 262

 

Making your own skin is easy, just open up a new document in fireworks, adobe photoshop, or whatever your image editing software is, and throw in some pictures of tv show characters or whatever fits your site.. Here is an example i did for one of my sites .. It works nice. http://www.simpsonsepisodes.com/images/gateway2.png The reason it has text is to get past cpalead's gateway character limit. It seems to convert better then with it.

 

I love the weekends, I always get at least double what I make weekdays!

 

Can you make it so the "Powered by CPALEAD.com" footer at the bottom of the gateway either 1) Can be gotten rid of or 2) At least carry our referral link, should people click on it.

 

I made a suggestion about making the "Powered By CPALead" a referral link.

Just wondering, if i made $1500 in a month, will i only get paid $1000 cause thats the set amount?

 

I think you can be paid whatever.

However, in your 'My Account' section you can choose the minimum payout you want. But I don't think there's a limit for maximum earnings.

Not sure though.

 

If you earned $1,500 a month, you would be paid $1,500 a month. We do not skim or play any games with your money. The only time money goes missing, is when there are reversals, and that is rare and for small amounts usually due to false information being entered from your users. You can earn as much as you want, there is no limit.

We may work in the referral link in future releases of the Gateway. I will discuss this over with our team again.

Its 11:15 pm here (NZ Time). And generally i receive my payment around 10am tomo morning.

EDIT: Sorry i could be confused here. It could be 2 days away. NZ Time zones are a day ahead.

 

Hi i'm new to CPALead,
they ask me to email about tax information.
I'm not a US Citizen, does anyone know how to solve this?

Just download the non-US citizens tax form in pdf, print it, fill it in, scan it and send by e-mail.

You can find the the tax forms by "Payment Status:"

I already download and filling the form.
But i confuse what should i fill for "U.S. taxpayer identification number"
i don't have any of SSN, ITIN or EIN.
Or CPALead just for US only?

I think cpalead don't approve out side us.
I try register at Cpalead but they denied me.

 

I'm from the Netherlands (Europe) and they approved me.

@ Ivan. Did you download the W-8BEN Form and the Compliance Certification (canspam.pdf)?

For the w-8BEN Form do this:
Part I Identification of Beneficial Owner
Only fill in step 1/2/3/4
Part II Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits
Only fill in step 9 (check all a/b/c/d/e/ by a fill in your country)
Part III Notional Principal Contracts
Fill in step 11 (just check)
Part IV Certification
Just read it and sign and put date of signing

For the Compliance Certification (canspam.pdf)
Just read, fill in the date, your company (if you have), signature and your title. And don't forget to write your affiliate ID# right above!

@ mygiftsources. What kind of website do you have? Just ask why they denied your website (the reasons) so you can change this.
