How do I make money from Firefox themes

    Do you have any good ideas on how to monetize Firefox themes? (other than asking for donations). Let's hear it...

    got only 2 reasonable ideas:
    1. make one out of three a premium skin( or something similar ), available only for those, who pays monthly fee (for example 3$/month)
    2. keep them at pay per download hosting or simply put some of Your ad on a page with download link.
