Hi, I need a FREE host that you consider to be the best and could it be as close to these specs as possible:

at least two mysql databases
PHP (any version)
As much monthly transfer as possible
at least 200MB of space
No adds
Domain
FTP

and thats about it.

Hi, DotEasy seems to be apealing. Just I see that it has a billing term of 12 months, do you know if you might have to pay a renual fee after that time?

 

Have you tried freehostia.com or 000webhost.com?

They are both free, and seem to have a nice plan specs. I'm not sure about the ads though.

 

Yer word of warning I would never use 000webhost again. loads of down time, poor custome service, and have a large reputation for deleting accounts without warning after about a year for now aparrent reason (without backup).

it mensions a 12 month period. does anyone know what happens after the 12 month period.

I just emailed dot easy and they replied saying that it is free for life and it will automaticly renew awter the 12 months! good news.

IMHO, you'd better register a cheap web hosting. At least you will have some support and reliabiliy.

 

For what you want, I'd look into cheap hosting as well. I recommend HostGator. But I will stay on topic. Webs is pretty good, although idk if they have all of those features. Most likely, though.
