One of my customer paid through his own computer by his own.

Now, he opened a dispute as Un-authorised payment.

What can I do to get my money back ?

I guess your buyer is aware of the pre-deal conversation you had with him and must have suspected of you using it as proof if the chargeback for 'inefficient/no service' was issued.

Hence, he took the cover under unauthorized use! :(

You should perhaps call Paypal and make them aware of this possibility and hope that they do a thorough investigation into the matter.

    Regards,

Customer spoke to the paypal and paypal told him that when he opened the dispute, money is NOT with paypal and its with the seller and thats why he doesn't want to close the dispute also.

We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and were
unable to find evidence of unauthorized access to the buyer’s account. This
case was denied to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account.

    Hi,

1.} Check in your Paypal Account that what option did you selected when you completed his work & taking payment from him is the Option Goods or Services. If you have selected Goods as your option then you have to show all the Proofs to Paypal that you have provided him the work which he needed. If you selected Services then this will easy for you to take the payment from him because here you want to send the file of work to the Paypal & some more proof such as your Mail history with him or IM history for which Paypal can take actions on him & Deposits the payment to your account.

Also, be Alert when you do this type of work & taking the payment from Client always select SERVICE option and keep all the records with you so that nobody can cheat with you by doing this type of Shameless things.

The buyer is reviewing the information provided and has been asked to decide whether he wants to continue processing the claim. The buyer's deadline for responding is 30-Jun-2009. If you previously refunded the buyer for this payment, please contact us via email at and provide the date and amount of the refund.

What if buyer DOESN'T reply by 30th June ?

Case will be decided in my favour ?
