Is it good to dream in sleep?

I often awake remembering my dreams. I heard that it is bad because people are in light sleep and will feel tired in the daytime. Is that true? What can I do? Thank you very much!

If the dreams are cool and nice then no problem , but if they are horrible then its bad.

There is no harm in dreaming (provided the dreams are pleasant) while you are sleeping...
I have seen people day dreaming (with both eyes wide open!). That's bad for the health of the person and the employer...

There is nothing good or bad about dreams except that they do at times interrupt your sleep and thereby rob you of your much needed rest.
If you really want to avoid dreams and have a peaceful sleep, then you got to do lot of physical work during the day time. Tiring out your body to the limit will help you sleep like a log! :)

In most cases as I know, it is not good to dream when sleeping .
Because many of those people feel very tired the second day after they dream in last night.
IMO, they are actually not sleeping when they are dreaming .

If you have not the chance to do a labour work?

In fact, I am tired after work. Most of the time, I dreamt of a dog running after me. But I've never be biten in dreams.

Dreams happen in the moments just before you wake up. If your dreams are not normal and don't make any sense, then you are ok. If your dreams are normal and make sense, then you have a problem.

It's good to have a dream as long as it's not a nightmare. Most nightmares kill people. It's the cause of my uncle's death.

It means that your memory is good.

Although dreaming while sleeping means the sleep is not deep.

Try to mediate in the morning daily.
