Everyone that has PLR content is free to use the content without modifying it. If your blog has PLR content, probably there would be a lot of other sites that have the same content. If they had posted the content before you did, your blog would have duplicate content and your blog would be banned/deindexed by Google. You can check if the content is duplicate or not by visiting copyscape.com. You will at least know if there are other sites using the same content.
