There is too much text and no graphic, I would recommend to make some logo or picture so it looks more friendly
Nice but no graphics. Just get a free stock image - at least 500px wide and put it at the start of each post. It will bring new life to the design.

The overall design is good, I like the colors for your topic. As others have mentioned, you really need a header - you should remove the first large block of google ads at the top and put the header there - with ads that prominent you risk looking like a link-farm The text looks like it was written by an article spinner... and not a very good one... for example, the title of the current blog post: "Mesothelioma Prevention 26 Expectations Interesting Knowledgebase" I think you need to invest in a good writer to hand-spin articles Instead of the ad for MMO games at the bottom of the site, how about an ad for something medical or legal - it would fit your topic better and therefore get better click-through rates. I would personally try to add a somewhat related picture to each post - the post for Book should really have an image of the cover of the book, for example. Your "earn money" ads aren't in english - even though your website is... if you are going to place ads, they should be in the same language as your target audience. hope this helps

everything is ok, but I think that you should change the theme, into something lighter, like the green color for example, because it's too dark

Hmmmm, Let me be frank.I had heared that the 'meoshtelioma' is a keyword which values up to 20-30$ per click.And by seeing your site, i came to know that you had created the blog, just for google adsense.It's not a good policy.
