do u save electricity?

so do you all save electricity at your house? or do you just go somewhere and leave all your lights on??

 

I save electricity by not leaving my tv on standby etc...

 

cause i wish i can just make a different.. when i am at school and in the bathrooms i see the lights on, i have to go by every one and shut them off.. its a habit..

i hate when i see electricity being used for nothing.

 

Same here....

I conserve and use only when I need it.

Or I use VERY VERY light bulbs for stair lights, which I need on.

I also turn my PC off every night

 

i always turn my pc off.. i just hope i can encourage more DP members to save electricity..

if everybody helps out then our planet would be a lot better.

I was raised to always turn off lights when not in use and stuff that you don't use. I always turn my PC off after I'm done and my LCD screen consumes a lot less power than my old CRT that blew up.

 

i don't actively try to...but i probably save it just by habit.

 

I always save electricity so much so that I have designed my home and office in a manner that they have maximum day light during the day time in every part of it, restricting the use of artificial lights for illumination, only during the night time.

well if you dont really ever save it... please do and tell others.. neighbors.. friends, etc..

i just want the earth a lot better place.. and why just waste energy when it isnt being used for a purpose..

and what else i hate is loitering. if i see trash, i pick it up.. i hope you all do the same.

I save electricity. Whenever, I am leaving my PC for a couple of minutes or a bit longer, I switch of the LCD monitor. I switch off the lights as well, everytime I leave my room. Nowadays, its very important of conserve electricity.
