About the privacy policy

    hi


    so i've been thinking of starting a forum site and i was just wondering, for forums do you need to create a privacy policy like for websites? I cant seem to find the information for it... can someone help me out?

    i'm not asking for what a privacy policy should look like. i'm asking do i even need to make one if the site's a forum site. since most forum software like ipb or vbulletin have like an agreement/policy thing when you register and stuff...

    anyone help?

    The policy is specific to Adsense and their use of the DART cookie, so yes, you still have to have it in a forum.
