Your site is promoting copyright protected material. And as a result, and because of googles stance on copyright protection - your site is probably going to be delisted and banned.

Google takes copyright protection very seriously. And since your promoting stolen content, that puts you on googles bad side.

    1) My Website Hosts No copyrighted content, any content his hosted by other sites not mine.

    2) their are hundreds of websites out their like mine, mine is just a small site in comparison to huge sites that would easily be noticed by google.

You are still linking to, and thus promoting the theft of copyright protected material. Even though your server may not "host" any of the material, you are still promoting theft.

Google even has a webpage setup on how to report sites that link to copyright protected material.

    http://www.google.com/dmca.html

If someone finds your site through a google search, they can file a complaint with google. Google will try to notify you, and if they can not, your pages will be delisted from googles index.

your point is noted, though i believe the chance of this too be below 3%, their are thousands of similar sites out their with higher ranks than mine, with a much larger user database, so im willing to bet anything that's not the case. anyone else have any other suggestions ?
